George Clooneyis putting the oldOcean's Elevencrew back together. But it sure has been a while.

Ocean's 14, a fourth film in the heist franchise that began in 2001, is reportedly a go with stars Clooney,Julia Roberts,Brad Pitt,Matt Damon,Don Cheadleand more returning. The gang will be older but wiser, according to a newVarietyinterview with Clooney, 64.

"There was something about the idea that we're too old to do what we used to do, but we're still smart enough to know how to get away with something, that just appeals to me," theJay Kellystar told the outlet.

The crew of his mastermind character Danny Ocean — including Pitt's right-hand man Rusty, Damon's pickpocket Linus, Cheadle's demolitions expert Basher and Roberts as Danny's love interest Tess — have "lost a step" in the new movie, added Clooney. "And they need to find a way to work around their limitations."

The newOcean'smovie will also be inspired by Martin Brest's 1979 movieGoing in Style, starring George Burns, Art Carney and Lee Strasberg, about a crew of senior citizen criminals. "We just got the budget approved at Warner Bros. and we're trying to set up," Clooney toldE! Newsin October,confirmingmembers of the original film's cast are on board. "It's just scheduling, so it's just setting a start date for us." PerVariety, the team behindOcean's 14hopes to start shooting the film next October.
