On Monday, March 23, the singer, 57, shared several photos onInstagramof herself posing in Paris on separate visits throughout the years to the French capital, which is where she did one of her last performances during the2024 Paris Olympics. "I don't know how to tell you…" she captioned the post translated from French, also crediting those who had snapped the shots.

Dion's post appeared to coincide with Canadian news outletLa Presse's report that she is planning to return to the city for a series of concerts. This fall, Dion is expected to headline two concerts a week in September and October at Europe's largest indoor venue — Paris La Défense Arena — which has a capacity of 40,000 people, according to the outlet.

The website for the venue, which was recently acquired by Live Nation, does not currently have shows for September and October listed. However,signs spotted across Pariswith the titles of Dion's songs, such as "Pour que tu m'aimes encore" and "Power of Love," have fueled speculation that an announcement is imminent.

Representatives for Dion did not immediately respond when contacted by PEOPLE for confirmation.

Back in 2020, the "My Heart Will Go On" vocalist had a series of concerts scheduled at the Paris La Défense Arena as part of herCourage World Tourthat had to be postponed because of theCOVID-19 pandemic.

Dion's tour was then unable to resume due to her health. She was diagnosed withStiff Person Syndrome (SPS)—  a rare autoimmune neurological disorder that causes muscle rigidity, stiffness and painful spasms, per the Stiff Person Syndrome Foundation — in August 2022.

Dion opened up about the condition in her 2024 Prime Video documentaryI Am: Celine Dion.

That year, she performed publicly for the first time since her diagnosis. Dion sang Édith Piaf's "Hymne à l'Amour" (Hymn to Love) at the base of the Eiffel Tower at the 2024 Paris Olympics opening ceremony.

The performance sparked fans' hopes that more live performances would follow. In November 2024, she performed at the1001 Seasons of Elie Saabfashion show in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Dion then appeared to take a step back from the limelight, choosing to address the2025 European Song Contestvia video rather than in person.

"Music unites us, not only this evening, not only at the moment," Dion said towards the end of her message. "Wonderful. It is our strength, our support and our support in the moments where we need it. I love you all, Europe and the rest of the world, of course. Kisses, I love you."
