There's a new way to rev up your sex drive — albeit an unusual one. For cosmetic clinics are now offering £700 Botox injections that are delivered straight into the back passage. The 'tweakment' claims to help men improve their sex lives by alleviating tightness and discomfort — relaxing the anal sphincter muscles and overlying skin. One beauty clinic has even trademarked the procedure as 'HoleTox'. Medics, however, have warned the procedure, which offers short-term results, can involve unpleasant side effects including bleeding and faecal incontinence.
