A South Carolina mom has filled her yard with signs, flags and ornaments to bait two powerful HOAs she claims are harassing her. Anne Marie's house in Little River is one of just six on a pocket of land squeezed between the Carolina Crossing and the Waccamaw Management HOAs, but controlled by neither. She claims she has been bullied over petty issues by the HOAs, their directors and neighbors since she moved in, but has now received anonymous death threats from an unknown source about the state of her lawn.
